Hi, I’m STH.

I was raised to be a good girl: don’t speak up, don’t make trouble, don’t ask for anything, don’t have your own opinions, don’t do anything other than what you know to be safe and familiar.

As an adult, I’ve learned—and I’m still learning!–to find my voice, figure out what I think about things, and speak up about it.

That’s what this blog is about, all the things I’m interested in, which include cooking, crafts, living frugally and simply, politics, exercise, atheism, feminism, travel, and cats.
